Hatchium app terms of service
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms apply to the Hatchium app for Android and its supporting web pages, provided by Hatchium AI ("Hatchium", "we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What the app does
The app lets you chat with businesses that use Hatchium for customer support, and lets their staff reply to you. Each business decides whether to offer the app and can stop offering it at any time.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your own phone number, confirmed by a code. Do not use a number that is not yours.
- Keep your phone secure. You are responsible for activity from your signed-in devices, and you can sign out other devices in Settings.
- You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on the account deletion page.
3. Businesses are responsible for their own dealings
Your orders, bookings, payments and other dealings are between you and the business. Hatchium is not a party to them and is not responsible for a business's products, services, prices or statements.
Some replies may be written by an AI assistant working for the business. They can be wrong, so confirm anything important, such as prices, order details or appointment times, with the business.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the app to:
- send anything unlawful, abusive, threatening, fraudulent or misleading;
- send spam or harmful files;
- pretend to be someone else;
- try to reach accounts, conversations or data that are not yours;
- interfere with the service, overload it or access it by automated means.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
You can report a message or a business, and block a business, from inside the app. We review reports and may act on them, for example by removing a business's access to the app.
5. Staff accounts
Business owners, admins and agents also use the app under their business's agreement with Hatchium AI and the platform terms of service.
6. Availability
The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and secure, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw features.
7. Privacy
The privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
8. Liability
As far as the law allows, Hatchium AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a business's products, services or replies. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
