Delete your Hatchium account
You can delete your Hatchium app account here, even if you no longer have the app. If you still have it, open Settings in the app and tap Delete my account.
What happens
- You are signed out on every device straight away and notifications stop.
- After 7 days we permanently delete your phone number, devices, notification tokens, the businesses you added and your settings.
- If you sign in again within those 7 days, the deletion is cancelled.
- Messages you exchanged with a business stay with that business as part of its own records. Ask the business if you want those removed.
Confirm the number is yours
Get a code on WhatsApp
Name a business you have chatted with in the app. We send a code from its WhatsApp account.
Or use a code from a business
If a business gave you a 6-character code to sign in to the app, enter it here with your number.
Cannot receive codes? Email [email protected] with the phone number. We will need to confirm the number is yours before we delete anything.
