## Which plan you need

- Connecting a Shopify store starts on Growth.
- Sending 30,000 or more messages a month (updates, promotions and chat replies together) starts on Growth. Businesses that only send through the API stay on Starter up to 50,000 a month.
- Otherwise Starter is enough.
- Business is suggested only when it costs less than Growth plus the extra AI replies you need.

## Messages

You pay Meta for messages at Meta's own rate for the country your customers are in. Estimates add about 16% for bank and currency charges on card payments to Meta. Replies inside the 24-hour chat window are free.

- On Starter, add the AI Chatbot for $25.00 a month: about 1,000 a month answering from your business info, or about 454 a month when the AI also checks products and orders.
- Growth and Business include AI replies (see the plan table).
- An AI that books appointments adds $25.00 a month.
- Extra AI replies beyond what your plan covers: our team will give you this price.

## Good to know

- Setup and monthly charges are payable in advance and are non-refundable, including where an account is later restricted or banned by Meta.
